Meet Your Bootcamp Instructor: Christy Campbell

One day I woke up and realized my baby weight had become my body weight. I was sick of myself. I didn't like how I looked in clothes and felt like maybe I was broken. Why didn't I have the discipline to stick with things or the genetics so I wouldn't have to? I felt doomed to be overweight?

I tried all the diet quick fixes and they didn't work. I lost and gained the same 5-10 pounds over and over again. After having 10 knee surgeries and growing up with a processed food diet, I didn't know how to lose the weight and create a healthy lifestyle.

Then I met a coach who took me BACK TO BASICS. He showed me what to change in my nutrition and helped me learn to push my body again. That year, I lost 40 pounds, found myself again and committed to helping others do the same. I've been coaching ever since and founded Fitme in 2019.

Nutrition Bootcamp will teach you those same things my first coach showed me and I will push you to take action and follow through.
